Erika Smith is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of accounting and finance expertise, who serves as a strategic Chief Financial Officer known for driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Erika demonstrates deep experience across financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.  Erika partners closely with executive leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. Her vast experience includes Construction, Security and Telecommunication industries.

Erika was hired in July 2016 as TrueNet’s Controller and promoted to Chief Financial Office in 2019.  A little bit about Erika, in 2007 she graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management with a master’s degree with distinction in Accounting and Finance, and in 2009, Erika earned her Certified Public Accountant license and certification. Erika is an actively licensed CPA in the State of Florida.
