Nicole Quinn is a transformational Human Capital Executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide HR strategy across telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, and professional services organizations . She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at TrueNet Communications, where she reports to the CEO, leading the human capital strategy. 

Nicole has rebuilt and scaled HR infrastructures to support aggressive growth, driving workforce planning, organizational design, digital HR transformation, Total Rewards strategy, analytics, compliance governance, diversity, equity and inclusion and culture driven initiatives.

Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at Northwell Health, Grassi & Co., and Credit Suisse, where she led large-scale workforce transitions, M&A integration, global diversity strategy, and enterprise transformation initiatives across complex, multi-site and global environments .

She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Long Island University
