MATT WOOLLEY
Matt Woolley serves as Vice President of Information Technology at TrueNet Communications, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in project management, operational excellence, and technology transformation. He leads the company’s technology strategy, operational readiness, corporate communications, and change management initiatives to support TrueNet’s continued growth and customer-focused innovation.
Since joining TrueNet, Matt has played a key role in advancing the company’s digital transformation. In 2024, he led the implementation of industry-recognized frameworks across IT management, cybersecurity, risk, and internal controls—strengthening governance while enhancing the customer experience.
He spearheaded the development of TrueQ Pro, TrueNet’s proprietary enterprise project management platform now utilized companywide to drive transparency, accountability, and execution excellence. Matt also established TrueNet’s Drone and LiDAR Program, expanding the company’s technical capabilities and improving precision and efficiency in field operations. Additionally, he led the integration of project management, finance, and HR systems into a unified operating environment, creating seamless cross-functional collaboration and improved data visibility.
Matt began his career as an entrepreneur, owning and operating Outer Limits MFG, and later served as Project and Telecommunications Manager at B. Jackson Construction and Engineering, Inc. Prior to TrueNet, he held progressive leadership roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, where he advanced from Senior Project Manager to Market Manager.
Matt attended the University of Utah and continues to drive innovation and operational excellence across TrueNet’s Information and Emerging Technology initiatives.
